Wilfried Nelles, Jg. 1948, Dr. phil., hat Politikwissenschaft, Psychologie und Soziologie studiert, und war zwölf Jahre in der sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschung und Lehre tätig. In Nettersheim/Eifel führt er zusammen mit seinem Sohn Malte das Nelles-Institut für Phänomenologische Psychologie, Aufstellungsarbeit und Lebensintegration. Mit dem "Lebens-Integrations-Prozess" hat er ein ganz neues Aufstellungsverfahren entwickelt, in dem es um die volle Zustimmung zum eigenen Sein und die Entfaltung des inneren Potentials geht.
